Refund Policy

All sales are final. Xentopia sells digital Cronus Zen script files (.gpc). The moment a purchase completes, the file is delivered through a download key and cannot be taken back, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good with immediate delivery and that you waive any right to cancel or reverse the purchase.

Before you buy: confirm your Cronus Zen device and platform are compatible, and read the product description carefully. If you are unsure, contact us first — we are happy to answer questions before payment.

Duplicate or failed charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or paid and never received a download key, email us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital file is considered fraudulent and will result in permanent loss of access and a ban from future purchases.
