1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Xentopia script you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from Xentopia.

3. Licence — personal use only

Your purchase grants a single, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the script on devices you own.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, stream the raw source, lend, rent, or publish any Xentopia script or part of it. You may not decompile, rebrand, or create derivative products from it for distribution.

Sharing a script or your download key with anyone else terminates your licence immediately with no refund, and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

4. No warranty of results

Scripts are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific in-game performance, green window accuracy, win rate, or continued compatibility after a game or console update.

5. Bans, suspensions, and account risk

Use of third-party controller scripts may violate the terms of service of a game, publisher, or platform. You use Xentopia scripts entirely at your own risk.

Xentopia is not responsible or liable for any account ban, suspension, shadowban, matchmaking penalty, hardware issue, loss of progress, loss of purchased content, or any other consequence arising from your use of our scripts.

6. Delivery and downloads

After payment you receive a private download key. Keep it safe — it is the only way to re-download your file. Anyone with your key can access your file, and we are not responsible for keys you share or lose.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Digital files cannot be returned once delivered. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, retune, or discontinue any script at any time. Where an updated file replaces a version you bought, your existing download key retrieves the current file, but ongoing updates are not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use our scripts for any illegal purpose, to harass other players, to run commercial boosting services, or in any way that violates applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xentopia's total liability for any claim relating to a script is limited to the amount you paid for that script.

11. No affiliation

Xentopia is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Cronus, Collective Minds, 2K Games, Sony, Microsoft, or any game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our scripts after a change means you accept the revised terms.
